Refund requirements
Golf bags, gloves, and other accessories must be returned in unused condition unless defective. Apparel must be returned in unworn condition with all tags attached.
Product defects / misrepresentation
If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, please contact a Customer Care at Admin@bunkerballgolf.com
Incorrect items delivered
If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will send you a return label to send back the incorrect order and send back out the correct item, completely at our expense.
Golf Clubs
60-day return policy
For golf clubs we have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in some way different from how it was described. There are no change of mind returns available. Please be certain when making a purchase that the item is what you are looking for.
Return process
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@bunkerballgolf.com and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
This will allow us to determine that the damage was made in transit and thus we can start the return process.
Any damages or defects that occur later after reception are handled on a case by case basis. We do offer a 60 day playability guarantee which covers damages we deem to have been caused by a defect in the item. All decisions are made at our discretion.
In cases where we deem the item has been used incorrectly, we will label the user at fault and not process a return or refund. Each case will be taken individually and assessed to determine the fault.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In the case of the 60 day playability guarantee, dependant on the issue which causes the item to be faulty, we may not issue a refund and instead replace the at fault component at no cost. This decision will be made in collaboration with the customer so that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
If your refund is not approved, we will then begin discussions as to why this is and how we can help further in rectifying the issue.
